By completing the payment, you acknowledge and accept that:

Zyprolyn operates a strict no-refund policy for all contest and hackathon participation fees. Once payment is completed and registration is confirmed, the participation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances except those explicitly mentioned in this policy.

In the rare event that Zyprolyn must cancel a contest or hackathon, we will follow this process:
All registered participants will be notified immediately via email and platform notifications about the contest cancellation. The notification will include the reason for cancellation and next steps.
Zyprolyn will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the contest within 30 days from the original scheduled date. If a new date is announced within this period:
If the contest is NOT rescheduled within 30 days from the original date, refunds will be processed as follows:
It's important to understand the difference between contest postponement and cancellation:
Contest dates are changed or moved to a future date
Contest is completely called off with no immediate plans to reschedule
Note: Zyprolyn has sole discretion to determine whether an event is postponed or cancelled. Postponements, regardless of duration, do not qualify for refunds unless they meet the cancellation criteria.
If you register for a contest but later realize you cannot participate, your options are limited:
You may withdraw from a contest at any time, but:
If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same contest:
If payment is deducted but registration is not confirmed:

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond Zyprolyn's control (natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, technical infrastructure failures, etc.), Zyprolyn reserves the right to:
Participants cannot claim refunds based on force majeure events unless the contest is cancelled and not rescheduled within 30 days.
If your situation qualifies for a refund (contest cancelled and not rescheduled within 30 days):
Automatic Initiation
Zyprolyn will automatically initiate refunds for all eligible participants after the 30-day period
Email Notification
You will receive an email confirming refund initiation with expected timeline
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days to your original payment method
Bank Processing
Your bank may take additional 5-7 business days to credit the amount

All decisions made by Zyprolyn are FINAL, ABSOLUTE, and BINDING without exception.
Zyprolyn operates as an independent and autonomous platform. This means:
By completing registration and payment for any Zyprolyn contest or hackathon, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally agree to ALL of the following:
Non-Refundable Fees: I understand that my participation fee is 100% non-refundable under all circumstances except when a contest is cancelled by Zyprolyn and not rescheduled within 30 days.
No Personal Exceptions: I acknowledge that NO refunds will be issued for any personal reasons, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or inability to participate.
Platform Independence: I recognize that Zyprolyn operates as an independent platform with complete authority over all operations, judgments, and decisions.
Final Decisions: I accept that all decisions made by Zyprolyn are final, binding, and unchallengeable regarding judging, results, prizes, and all contest-related matters.
No Complaints: I agree that I CANNOT file complaints, appeals, or disputes regarding any aspect of contest operations, judging, or results.
Waiver of External Recourse: I waive all rights to challenge Zyprolyn's decisions through external forums, authorities, or legal mechanisms.
Sole Arbiter: I accept Zyprolyn as the sole and exclusive arbiter of all matters related to contests, hackathons, and platform operations.
Policy Understanding: I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this entire Cancellation & Refund Policy.
