Account Registration

To participate in contests, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Registration and Fees

Contest registration requires payment of the specified participation fee. All participation fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, except when a contest or hackathon is cancelled by Zyprolyn and is not rescheduled within 30 days from the original date. Payment must be completed before the registration deadline. By paying the participation fee, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.

Contest Rules

Each contest has specific rules, guidelines, and judging criteria. Participants must comply with all contest-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. Violation of contest rules may result in disqualification.

Team Formation

For team contests, all team members must be registered on the platform. Team size must comply with contest limits. Teams are responsible for their own internal organization and coordination.

Submissions

All submissions must be original work created during the contest period. Submissions must meet the specified requirements and be submitted before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Judging and Evaluation

Zyprolyn operates as an independent platform with full authority over all judging decisions. All evaluations, scoring, and winner selections are conducted at Zyprolyn's sole discretion. Judging criteria will be published for each contest, but the final decisions rest entirely with Zyprolyn and its designated judges. Participants expressly agree that judging decisions are final, binding, and not subject to appeal, review, or complaint. No correspondence, disputes, or challenges regarding judging outcomes will be entertained.

Your Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to your contest submissions. By submitting, you grant Zyprolyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your submissions for platform purposes, including showcasing winners and marketing materials.

Platform Content

All content on the Zyprolyn platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Zyprolyn or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Third-Party Rights

You represent that your submissions do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to all content you submit.

Entry Fees

All entry fees must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR) through our approved payment methods. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of contest cancellation by Zyprolyn.

Prize Distribution

Winners will be announced within 7 days of contest completion. Prizes will be distributed within 15 business days after winner announcement. Winners must provide necessary documentation for prize distribution, including tax information, identity proof, and bank details as required by Indian law. Certificates of winning will be issued to winners as per the contest rules. Certificates of participation will be provided to all eligible participants who complete their submissions according to contest requirements.

Refund Policy

Participation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances including but not limited to: withdrawal from contest, disqualification, technical issues on participant's end, change of mind, inability to participate, or dissatisfaction with contest outcomes. The only exception is when Zyprolyn cancels a contest or hackathon and fails to reschedule it within 30 days from the original scheduled date. In such cases, full refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.

Tax Responsibility

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 and other applicable Indian tax laws. Zyprolyn will deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as required under Indian tax regulations and provide TDS certificates. Winners must provide their PAN (Permanent Account Number) and other required tax documentation for prize distribution exceeding the threshold limits prescribed under Indian law.

Independent Platform

Zyprolyn operates as a completely independent platform. We maintain full autonomy in all aspects of contest organization, management, evaluation, and decision-making. We are not affiliated with, controlled by, or answerable to any external entity, organization, or individual regarding our contest operations and judging processes.

Absolute Judging Authority

All judging decisions are final, absolute, and binding. Zyprolyn reserves the exclusive right to evaluate all submissions using our designated judges and evaluation criteria. The judgment process, scoring methodology, and final results are at our sole and absolute discretion. By participating, you unconditionally accept that:

• • No appeals, reviews, or reconsiderations of judging decisions will be entertained
• • No complaints or disputes regarding evaluation or results will be accepted
• • Judges are not obligated to provide detailed feedback or justification for their decisions
• • Zyprolyn may modify judging criteria or processes if deemed necessary for fair evaluation
• • The platform's decision on winner selection is conclusive and cannot be challenged

No Complaint Policy

Participants expressly waive any right to complain, challenge, or dispute judging outcomes. By registering for any contest or hackathon, you acknowledge that you have no recourse for complaints regarding evaluation, scoring, ranking, or winner selection. This includes but is not limited to complaints about judging methodology, criteria interpretation, score allocation, or comparative assessment of submissions.

Disqualification Rights

Zyprolyn reserves the right to disqualify any participant or submission at any time, before, during, or after the contest, at our sole discretion. Reasons for disqualification may include but are not limited to: violation of rules, suspicious activity, plagiarism, fraud, or conduct deemed inappropriate. Disqualification decisions are final and participation fees will not be refunded.

Platform Availability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

No Warranties

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of platform content. We do not guarantee specific contest outcomes or that participation will result in prizes or opportunities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyprolyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the platform.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zyprolyn regarding your use of the platform.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
